She oversees The Fashion Residency at Studio Smithfield, an innovative business development programme delivered in partnership with the Mayor of London and Projekt, supporting early-career designers through mentorship, industry access, and enterprise training.
Previously Head of Operations and Artist Relations at the Sarabande Foundation, founded by Alexander McQueen, Martha has become a leading advocate for nurturing creative talent and strengthening the future of the UK's fashion and creative industries through collaboration, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
