Africa Fashion Week London's partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University (Manchester Fashion Institute) goes from strength to strength with the exploration on student work on Adire textiles.

On 22-23 May 2025, Africa Fashion Week London (AFWL) partnered with the London School of Economics (LSE) to host a powerful two-day Executive Programme focused on fashion, business, and sustainability.

The event featured expert-led sessions on global fashion trends, entrepreneurship, sustainable design, and brand building. Speakers included Dr Joanne Conlon, Professor Elisabetta Lazzaro, Professor Pammi Sinha, and Fiona Uwamahoro. With thanks to the Course Leader, Dr Rocco Friebel.
