Oje Ojeaga is the CEO and Chief Creative Officer of Up In The Sky, a creative agency he co-founded in Lagos in 2016. With a background in law and nearly two decades in advertising — beginning in 2007 — his career has been built on copywriting, creative strategy, and a deep interest in where creativity and technology intersect.
Up In The Sky works with some of the most recognised brands locally and internationally, developing creative platforms that are built to move business, not just win attention. The agency continues to be a big believer in cinematic storytelling, with over 10 short films done across multiple issues over the last decade.
Beyond client work, Oje is an active voice on creativity and brand thinking — writing weekly on LinkedIn through his Monday Memos series and hosting a newsletter read by creatives and business leaders across Africa.
In 2024, he released his first book of those essays: The Monday Memos: Unfiltered Advice for Creatives, Corporate Misfits and Anyone Trying To Make It.
